First of all, welcome to the Store and thank you for supporting our missions!
Please read these terms very carefully as they form a binding Agreement between you and 3nity Creative Corp. regarding the use of our Store Site and Services. At the beginning of each Section, you’ll find a short summary to help you navigate the document. Note that these summaries do not replace or represent the full text. Our Terms and Conditions may seem stringent, but we have a lot of people and missions depending on the work we do, therefore we do the best we can to protect our mission by transparently informing you of all our Terms of Use, and we ask in good faith that you do not use our Site or Services if you do not agree with all of Terms in this Agreement, or that if you find an issue with our Terms and Services despite of agreeing with our Terms and Conditions, then be open to resolve it with us by exploring every effort to resolve it in good faith to the best of our abilities in as much as possible to get a win-win situation for both parties.
COVENANTS
The following terms and conditions constitute a legally binding contract, otherwise mentioned as the “Agreement” between you and 3nity Creative Corp., an Ontario corporation that governs all use by you of the store.3nitycreative.com website, otherwise mentioned as the “Site” or the “Store” and the services available on or at the website (taken together with the use of the Site, the “Services”).
We’ll refer to 3nity Creative Corp. and all of its subsidiaries and affiliated companies collectively as “3nity”, “3nity Creative” or the “Corporation”, as well as “we”, “ours”, “us”, etc, which includes all its brands, including but not limited to “3nity Creative”, “3nity Athletics”, “Baby J”, etc. 3nity Creative Corp. is a Catholic Media and Entertainment company, and through the 3nity Store is also a product designer and seller company for artists that want to generate residual income from their illustrations, animations or other works. Through your purchases you contribute to the threefold missions of the Corporation:
A. Support Christian Artists.
3nity works with Christian Catholic artists as well as Christian artists from other denominations, through an exclusive licence agreement, to produce high quality products with inspiring works of art that propagate the message of the Gospel. In this way we help their creative gifts become a sustainable way to earn a living while we ensure the growth of Christian media around the world.
B. Produce Inspiring Entertainment.
3nity is working arduously to produce high quality animated series based on Biblical teaching and/or Christian values. We invest part of the revenues from the store into the production of our entertainment media.
C. Social Missions.
3nity is a corporation founded on The Economy of Communion principals, where the Corporation’s leadership freely and willingly shares part of the profits to fund social causes that go in accordance with the Gospel. Our chief social mission is to equip orphan children with advanced education and the tools necessary to make an honest living when they leave the orphanages, and thus not fall prey to the drug cartels or the human traffickers.
The Services are offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein. The Corporation also has other policies and procedures including, without limitation, Shipping, Return Policy, Privacy Policy and others. Those policies contain additional terms and conditions, which apply to the Services and are part of this Agreement.
YOUR USE OF THE SITE CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF AND AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. If you do not agree to this Agreement, it is your right not to use the Site or any other Services. You do not have the right to force 3nity to change our Terms and Conditions, which in good faith and transparency we have clearly specified here for you to accept or reject prior to using our Site and / or Services.
THE ARBITRATION SECTION OF THIS AGREEMENT REQUIRES THAT ALL DISPUTES (AS DEFINED BELOW) ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT BE RESOLVED BY ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, RATHER THAN BY JURY TRIAL OR CLASS ACTIONS, EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY THE SAME SECTION. IF YOUR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE IS IN THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA OR THE UNITED KINGDOM THIS APPLIES TO ANY ACTION YOU MAY WANT TO BRING AGAINST 3NITY IN CANADA.
Binding
By registering with, accessing, or otherwise using this website, you hereby agree to be bound by these Terms and conditions set forth below. The mere use of this website implies the knowledge and acceptance of these Terms and conditions. In some particular cases, we can also ask you to explicitly agree.
Electronic communication
By using this website or communicating with us by electronic means, you acknowledge & agree that we may communicate with you electronically on our website or by sending an email to you, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, & other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement, including but not limited to the condition that such communications should be in writing.

We or our licensors own and control all of the copyright and other intellectual property rights in the website and the data, information, and other resources displayed by or accessible within the website.

At 3nity Creative we strive in good faith to create products that achieve excellence. However, there might be a reason why a client may need to request a return, a cancellation, an exchange or a refund. We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The date provided at the beginning of these Terms and Conditions is the latest revision date. The other provisions will not be affected.
